Over the past few years I have slowed down my spending habits, done a real assessment of my wardrobe and my lifestyle to downsize my clothing and amount I consume. Consciously thinking through my purchasing decisions over impulse buying, or filling a void and shopping for a little ‘retail therapy’ to start building my dream forever wardrobe filled with classic and timeless basics and staples, which I hope to still be wearing in 5/10 years time!
So I am sharing today my Spring Capsule Wardrobe and the 21 wardrobe essentials that are the building blocks for all of my spring outfits. I hope this provides some inspiration for ways you can wear items you own in your wardrobe, or perhaps areas where you are missing items; never underestimate the value of a good basic!
