Protein World Brownie Mix

TBH I have been wanting to incorporate more fitness into my content for a while – as it is a huge passion of mine – but I have never been quite sure how to go about it. Recently I have quit my gym to save myself £85 a month and because I now am more confident in working with weights. I have ordered some workout equipment from Amazon (would you like a blog post on this?) and I need to clear some space in the garage for my at home workout haven! This is also something I may try and film for YouTube so again let me know if you might like to see this.

I have been kindly asked to share a bit more information on my diet. So I have put together the video here and below that goes into a typical ‘what I eat in a day’ diet that keeps me feeling and looking lean. I believe in an 80/20% approach to my diet. 80% of the time I will try to eat healthily and 20% of the time (mainly the weekends) I will treat myself.
