You may have noticed in River Island store windows recently that there have been a number of different doggy decals on show and dog mannequins in store. This is where the fundraising comes in…
On Monday the 7th of December River Island stores will collectively be selling all 1,200 limited edition dog mannequins, which are life-size versions of their doggy counterparts that represent the variety of dogs you could meet at a dogs trust rehoming centre. The dog-equins will be sold in store on a first come first served basis, with 100% of the sales going directly to The Dogs Trust to help care for the 17,000 stray and unwanted dogs at the charity across its 21 rehoming centres.
